PEERtrainer works because it changes how you think about eating and exercise. You log your food, exercise, thoughts each day. Takes 5 minutes. You do so in small groups and teams. Your team members read your logs, and comment on them. When you know that someone is going to read what you write, it helps you become more accountable. Most often, your group members are postive and motivating, and provide support- which is a critial element in helping you lose weight.
I was really excited about finding this blog, it's going to help me start my training again.
